Architectural solution
Building has two-storeys, without attic or basement. Building is divided into six separate spaces for customer's needs. On the eastern side is loading area for storage, and above it, on 2 floor is office space. Such arrangement provides a good overview from the offices to the square in front of building, and to the loading bridges. The building has storage height of 6 meters.
Finishing
Most of the facade is formed by vertical concrete panels, which are chemically treated to rust-brown. Separate entrance block from basic capacity is finished with dark stained boarding. The galvanized steel roof railings extending from the building are covered with dark boarding. This provides a contrast to brown concrete surface. Exits are made in natural anodized aluminum, plastic and glass. Exterior wall panels inside surface is smooth metal. Surface of the plinth is a natural gray concrete.
Structural part
Building is built of steel-concrete blocks. The building has a ceiling made of concrete slabs, insulated according the requirements, and covered with a roof coating. Skylights and smoke hatches are located on the roof of the building. Building's interior walls are made of gypsum boards and blocks filling the fire resistance and sound insulation requirements. Building's roofs are made of concrete slabs. The office part extending beyond building the is built of blocks, insulated and coated with a boarding.
Heating of the building has been solved by a unique gas boiler which is located in the northern part of the building. The buildings central ventilation is also located in the same room.
Fire resistance
Fire Class TP-1, two-storey warehouse building built from non-combustible materials. Buildings function will be the storage of goods. Storage Height of building is 6 m. Fire Class I, the building is designed for Level II fire. Support structures usually R90, roof support structures R60, support structures R15, fire structural fire resistance of structures EI 90.The building is divided into fire compartments depending of the area and uses: The whole storage room is a separate fire area. In addition, the office part and ventilation and boiler room are separated from the rest of the building.
