The warehouse complex is located on the border of Tallinn, in Sõjamäe industrial area. Suur-Sõjamäe Street can be reached directly from Tallinn Ring Road and via Smuuli overpass directly from St. Petersburg road, which ensures a good connection to the center of Tallinn. Also there is a direct access to Tartu road and Pärnu road through Järvevana road. The region is once again evolving and becoming an important industrial region.
